1.    بیا د ژوندونو د خوراک لپاره کار کړئ د وروستی دې وروستۍ ورکو که پیسې خپله خوراک ته نه وروستۍ کړئ.   

Translation: If you don't work hard in good times, your food won't be good during difficult times.


2.     په کور کې د پلار په سترګې ورکړئ.

   Translation: Build the roof during the dry season at home.


3.     تر د خوار چې د کور په سترګې ورکو که مرغونۍ خپله ښه کړو.

   Translation: If you want the chickens to be good, build the coop properly in advance.


4.     هر چې پېښې وکړل شي، د نورو پېښې له خپلو پېښو په کښۍ وکړل شي.

   Translation:     Whatever you do to others, will be done to you by others in return.

5.     څوک چې ورسته کړی، نو کور زما ورسته وي.

   Translation:     If you work hard, your house will also become prosperous.


6.     د خپل چلند کار ته ورکړئ، هغه چلند له خپله کار ته ورکړي.

   Translation: Work for your friend's work, he will work for your work.


7.     هر وخت چې په ته د کمبود وي، هغه چې په ته د کمبود ونیسې.

   Translation:     Whenever someone is in need, they remember their own needs.


8.     هر وخت چې یوازې ستونزې وي، هغه چې یوازې ور کوي.

   Translation: Whenever a stone is thrown, it hits the one that's closer.


9.     د لاره ته دوازې، د ښوونې ته دوازې.

   Translation: To get honey, you need to endure the bees.


10.     له خپل ګورنیو مخ کې یو بیړې نشته.

    Translation: There's no evil in one's own mouth.


11.     خپله ډله ور کړو او یوازې څه کړې.

    Translation: Tie your camel and trust in God.


12.     په کور کې پلار وکړئ، په کوچنی کې خپله دوست وکړئ.

    Translation: Work with your family at home, make friends with your neighbors.

13.     ګلۍ کې مېنیار وکړئ او سترګو کې خو مېنیار.

    Translation: Plant flowers and you'll have flowers, plant thorns and you'll have thorns.


14.     چرګې په خپله چرګې کې ولېږه.

    Translation: Light another's candle with your own candle.


15.     هغه ترسره کړی چې هغه ترسره کوي.

    Translation: Show kindness and you'll be shown kindness.


16. د خو خوښونږي په پنځه د خپله پلو.

    Translation: The one who throws dirt on others, dirt is thrown back on them.


17. د خپل خوراک د سپږمې خپله ښه کړ.

    Translation: Cook your food well before inviting guests.


18.     هر کوم چې یې نه لري، چې په یې کومه شوي وي.

    Translation: Whoever is not with you, has turned against you.


19.     هغه چې په خپله وسره کار کوي، خپله دندې وسره کار کړي.

    Translation: The one who works for you will work for your enemy.


20.     هر تپه وخت چې په توپه کې ور کوي، هغه تپه وخت ته په توپه کې ونیسي.

    Translation: Whenever someone goes to the mountains, they remember someone to send along.
